My name is Cassie Jaravata.

I am a shamanic practitioner, emotional integration coach, and steward of earth medicine.

My training is largely rooted in the traditions of the Wixárika (Huichol) of Mexico, the Shipibo of the Peruvian Amazon, and a variety of Indigenous Peoples of the Polynesian Islands.

My initiation into this work began in 2017, when I became unexpectedly ill in a way that changed my life forever. For the 6 years that followed, I battled a life-altering condition called topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) in every cell and surface of my body, both physical and non-physical. This experience catapulted me into the journey of deep healing firsthand, and was a huge catalyst for the profound healing work that I now facilitate for others.

The ancient traditions I learn from not only inform my healing work, but they are the root of how I strive to live my life daily, lead my relationships, and connect to the wisdom of healers that were here long before us.

I also work as a registered nurse with specialties in neurology and end-of-life.

 MY PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is simple:

I am a healer, but I am not the one healing you —

you are the one healing you.

As a healer, it is my job to be a neutral guide; to help bring awareness to the parts of yourself, your environment, or your journey that you may not be able to see with clarity, but that may be preventing you from becoming the best version of yourself — your highest possibility.

It is also my job to support, to be compassionate, to witness, to hold others and myself accountable, to be responsible for myself, to speak only truth, and to invite humor and beauty into all work that I do.

However, above all else and most importantly,

it is really my job to simply get out of the way.

What I mean by this is to allow myself - my entire personality and my entire ego - to get out of the way in order to let whatever higher power that is at play do its job.

Perhaps you have a name for that higher power, or maybe it is simply the elevated version of yourself that is finally ready to be actualized.

But in all of that, I am merely a conduit;

a channel through which Healing and the Divine flow;

a facilitator to help bring your highest possibility into reality.
